This Shipping Policy explains how BOBO OILS handles order processing, shipping, delivery estimates and delivery issues for purchases made through bobooils.com.au.
BOBO OILS is based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
Shipping locations
BOBO OILS currently ships orders within Australia.
If international shipping becomes available, the available shipping options, costs and delivery estimates will be shown at checkout.
Order processing time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Victorian and Australian public holidays.
During busy periods, promotional periods, product launches or public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping rates
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
BOBO OILS may offer free standard shipping for eligible Australian orders over the advertised minimum spend, such as orders over $100.
Free shipping offers may change from time to time and may be subject to conditions shown on our website or at checkout.
Delivery timeframes
Delivery timeframes shown at checkout or provided by shipping carriers are estimates only.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, delivery location, weather events, public holidays, incorrect address details, network delays or other circumstances outside our control.
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, BOBO OILS cannot guarantee the exact delivery date or time.
Tracking information
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Customers are responsible for checking tracking updates and contacting the shipping carrier if delivery instructions, collection or redelivery are required.
Incorrect shipping information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
Please check your name, email address, shipping address, apartment/unit number, postcode and phone number carefully before placing an order.

We will try to help update the shipping details before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed or shipped.
Returned to sender orders
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, non-collection, refusal of delivery or another delivery issue outside our control, we may contact you to arrange redelivery.
Additional shipping fees may apply before the order is sent again.
If the customer does not respond to our attempts to arrange redelivery, the order may be handled in line with our Return and Refund Policy.
Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
If your parcel appears to be delayed, lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at:

Please include your order number, full name and any tracking details.
For damaged parcels, please also include photos of the damaged packaging and product as soon as possible after delivery.
We will review the issue and help where reasonably possible, including working with the shipping carrier when required.
Authority to leave
If you select, request or allow authority to leave, the parcel may be left at the delivery address without a signature.
BOBO OILS is not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen or damaged after being marked as delivered where authority to leave or a safe drop option has been used.
Order not received
If tracking shows your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check:
• Around your property
• With other household members
• With neighbours
• Your building reception, parcel locker or mail room
• Any safe place listed in your delivery instructions
If you still cannot locate the parcel, contact us at admin@bobooils.com.au and we will review the issue.
Pre-orders or backorders
If a product is sold as a pre-order or backorder, the estimated dispatch timeframe will be shown on the product page, checkout page or order communication where possible.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship the order together once all items are available unless otherwise stated.
