Return and Refund Policy

At BOBO OILS, we want customers to feel confident when shopping with us. This Return and Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, damaged items and order issues are handled.

This policy applies to purchases made through bobooils.com.au.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Return and Refund Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights, guarantees or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

If a product is faulty, damaged, not as described, unsafe, or does not meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the issue, this may include a replacement, refund, repair or another suitable solution.

Change of mind returns

We may accept change of mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is:

• Unused
• Unopened
• In its original packaging
• In a resaleable condition
• Returned with proof of purchase

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept change of mind returns for opened, used or partially used hair-care, scalp-care, cosmetic or personal care products.

Change of mind returns must be approved by us before any item is sent back.

Please include your order number, full name, the item you want to return and the reason for the return.

Do not send any product back without contacting us first. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return address

If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address by email.

We do not publicly list our return address on this page for privacy and security reasons.

Return shipping costs

For change of mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we agree otherwise.

For faulty, damaged, incorrect or not-as-described products, we will assess the issue and provide a suitable remedy in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or missing an item, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include:

• Your order number
• A clear description of the issue
• Photos or videos showing the issue, where possible
• Photos of the packaging, if the parcel arrived damaged

We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it.

Opened or used products

Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetic, hair-care, scalp-care and personal care products cannot be returned for change of mind.

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law if the product is faulty, damaged, unsafe, not as described or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee.

Sale items and promotional items

Sale items, discounted items and promotional bundle items may still be covered by Australian Consumer Law if they are faulty, damaged, unsafe or not as described.

We do not offer change of mind refunds for sale items unless required by law or approved by us.

Gift cards

Gift cards are non-refundable unless required by law.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee exchanges for change of mind purchases.

If you ordered the wrong product and the item is unopened, unused and in resaleable condition, please contact us at admin@bobooils.com.au and we will let you know whether an exchange is possible.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you by email whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow time for your bank, card provider or payment provider to process and display the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund was processed, please contact us at:

Orders returned to sender

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, non-collection or another delivery issue outside our control, we may contact you to arrange re-delivery.

Additional shipping fees may apply before the order is re-sent.
